Many people across the entire United States , of which I travel all the time , could take lessons from her on Customer Service and just being a very courteous and caring individual! When I come back through this way, I will stay at this Hotel because of Lisa! My first interacted with Lisa on the phone, confirming my reservation and that in itself was a truly incredible experience of a person who cares and was very efficient, professional, and courteous! How could you ask for more? Give this incredible lady a raise and recognition somehow someway! This is an individual who stays at hotels frequently throughout the week all across the United States in my travels. Lisa, my lady, well done! "

"My trip to Muncie was unplanned. My aging parents were involved in an auto accident and were in the hospital. The staff was wonderful asking me how they were doing when I would come back. I brought my dad back first and he was welcomed back. The next day I was able to bring my mom back from the hospital. The gentleman at the desk saw me walk in with he and started clapping and said welcome home. I cannot say enough good things about the Hotel and the staff here."

"Everything was very clean and as advertised. The kitchen had great cookware. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed a couple quick walks to campus. It was conveniently close, and even though it was always below freezing, still a beautiful campus and very enjoyable and nice to get a walk in."
