"Great experience overall as the house and amenities are really made for a big gathering BUT probably for a short period (weekend only) and not for family with children. No washer /dryer on property, average cleaning and decent amount of already broken part of the house. I can see why this is great for a weekend with buddies and i would definitely rent it again but not for a long family gathering."

Unfortunately we didn't get to meet the owner as we had a text from her to say she didn't meet us as she couldn't speak English so any queries would be better sent to poplidays. It is an ancient old watermill and the mill race is still there so the sound of running water was an enjoyable extra.
