"L’emplacement est magnifique. Le personnel est serviable et sympathique. La nourriture (en pension complète) est variée et tout à fait à la hauteur. Notre chambre avec vue sur la mer était presque parfaite (problème d’odeurs désagréables le matin dans la salle de bains), et la robinetterie, bien que fonctionnelle, aurait besoin d’une mise à niveau! Dans l’ensemble un excellent séjour!"

"Food excellent, staff lovely, so friendly and helpful. Room not as described with a sea view but a questionable side view despite ringing the hotel to check before booking. Had poor weather on last couple of days and rain came into the from under the front door soaking all bags. When i mentioned it to reception she asked how deep the water was!! but in general it was a lovely 4 star hotel and I would recommend it."

"We had an amazing time everything from the transfers to and from the airport to the hotel, to the hotel itself just couldn’t fault anything. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and they were so friendly. This was the first time going all inclusive we couldn’t have chosen a better place the food was so nice and so much choice. The hotel was very clean and tidy the grounds were well maintained. We will be staying here again in the future."

"Entry to the Hilton hotel was met with the customary sit down (welcome drinks, towels, a run through of the map and facilities of the hotel) which was nice Reception staff was friendly as expected which is a requirement for front office staff. This was offset by a couple of pretty angry and rude buggy drivers. Nevertheless, doesn’t change our impression of the hotel too much. "We booked a room at the last minute. There will a little mix up upon arrival but the hotel upgraded us and bought us dinner to compensate us. Honestly, there was no need. The hotel was fabulous and the staff could not have been friendlier. The beach area was perfect and exactly what we wanted during our time in Greece. Rethymno is a lovely town and not nearly as busy as Chania, which made a huge difference. We would definitely go back to this hotel."
