"I love the Ruby Claire, I have stayed twice now and it was just as good the second time. It’s an eclectic experience, located in an arcade and close to great dining and walking distance to the lake transport. The hotel, through Geneva Tourism, provides a travel pass which is very handy. The tram stop is a short walk through the arcade. There isn’t a refrigerator in the room and if your room isn’t close to the lift it can be like walking through a maze. There is a Galley on every floor where tea and coffee, cups and hot water are available Also an iron and ironing board. The bar upstairs is open 24/7 and in the morning this is where the buffet breakfast is located. I’m very fond of this hotel and believe it to be a good choice."

"Super convenient to GVA. Shuttle was clean and prompt. Used it in both directions. Room was spacious, very clean and inviting to both me and my wife. Nespresso coffee maker in our room was excellent (A nice upgrade). Spa was very clean, well laid out and functional with the locker room, steam room, sauna and nice equipment in exercise area. Only wish there was a hot tub. Would definitely stay here again. Great value for the price"

"We stayed here with our 4 kids and my wife. We had a 2 bedroom suite. Exceptionally clean space. The lobby is clean and the front desk staff is incredibly helpful. The location is superb - only 10 mins from the airport via car/tram. As an aside, ask the front desk how much a taxi/taxi van would be for airport transfers. We needed a 4am pick up and it was CHF 35 via the taxi service vs CHF 65 via Uber. We had a lot of luggage so tram wasn't an option. The tram station is right outside of the hotel and with the free Geneva transport card, you can use it as much as you'd like for free. The room itself had a washer/dryer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and a full sized fridge. Super convenient when traveling with small children. Amenities were great - good breakfast everyroom. An OK gym by hotel standards but a full fledge dry sauna was a nice surprise."

"Close to the airport, and also close to the tram lines. Made it very convenient also grocery store house. Everything was squeaky clean and in brand new condition. My only complaint, was the huge beautiful TV was connected to nothing. No local TV no apps no nothing. Even so, I give it a five stars."
