"​The room was dusty and didn't seem properly cleaned before my arrival. To make matters worse, no housekeeping or towel refills were provided after the first night. I later found out it’s an "on-request" service, but the staff failed to mention this at check-in. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and basic hygiene standards."

"Reception was again a delightful experience. The room was very clean and tidy with a bath. Staff were very pleasant, especially in the bar area. Breakfast was, and as always, a great experience. Plenty on offer to drink and eat in a buffet-style basis. I also liked the preparation and cooking of an omelette whilst I watched and waited. I was especially grateful for the assistance in obtaining a slave-start for my car (I had heavy duty jump leads with me, thankfully) because I had left my lights on overnight - there was heavy rain and thunder earlier. In summary, another delightful experience and very highly recommended."

"Clean room and comfortable bed."

"The place is clean serves its purpose. However be mindful this hotel has you trapped with their over priced photos banning any take away deliveries to the hotel. The receptionist last night on arrival was scary, no people skills at all and made us wait minutes whilst she rudely carried on typing. Just not a good welcome or feel. Check out receptionist this morning was lovely. "

"Das Haus ist ganz wunderbar! Die Einrichtung ist so gemütlich, liebevoll, sauber, es fehlt an nichts. Wir kommen wirklich sehr sehr gerne wieder! Ich kann es jedem nur empfehlen. Es ist wichtig, dass jeder Gast dieses Haus weiterhin gut pflegt und behandelt, damit es so soll und einladend bleibt, wie es ist!"

"Tiny room , hard to find place for a medium size luggage , certainly not 20sqm, broken furniture. Poor signed posted, GPS send me to a dead end , poor breakfast certainly not what it looks like on the photos"

"Great for the airport and our room was lovely, with an amazing view of the runway and an essential (for us) coffee machine!"
