In the middle of the old town of the medieval town of Bale near Rovinj you can enjoy the originality of Istria in a special atmosphere. The high-quality equipped house offers plenty of space for up to 8 people on 4 floors. It was lavishly restored and equipped in a modern design. On the first floor you will find a well-equipped, chic kitchen with a spacious dining area and a toilet with washing machine and dryer. On the 1st and 2nd floor there is a living room and a bedroom with en suite bathroom respectively. Upstairs you will find another bedroom with en suite bathroom and a living area, which also has a galley kitchen and sleeping facilities for two more people.
The interior is extremely high quality and was designed by an interior designer. This is where luxury meets old walls...the composition is stunning. The casual, dreamy flair of Bale provides the perfect backdrop for this exceptional residence.
The beautiful beaches of San Pol and Colone are only 6 km from Bale and can even be reached by bicycle.
