For shared use: property with trees, swimming pool (400 m2, depth 45 - 135 cm, seasonal availability: 30.May. - 21.Sep.). Children's pool, tennis, basketball, boccia, beach volleyball, children's playground. In the complex: restaurant, bar, internet access, sauna (extra). Hot tub (extra). Infrared sauna, relaxation room, spa area (extra) hamam, table football, shopping facilities, bicycle rental. Parking at the house on the premises. E-charging station. Bus stop 4.2 km, pebble beach "Mon Perin", rocky beach "Mon Perin". Riding stable 500 m, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Please note: entertainment. Das Haus war sauber und modern ausgestattet. Unser Haus war an einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Der Strand ist traumhaft.
