The entrance is on the busy walking street which made it easy to get to everything, but once inside it’s very private. Dominik was extremely helpful and welcoming. We had ask to check in early (1pm) but left waiting until 3pm outside until a message with the door code was received. Other issues or questions ignored by the WhatsApp contact- no human on site.
