Great place on the water

We had a lovely extended weekend at this property. Pool, hot tub, spacious living areas, lovely kitchen, and it was centrally located to visiting with extended family in the Syracuse area.

Wonderful property

Very roomy vacation rental right on the river. Plenty of room to spread out. Enjoyed the pool, fishing docks, and million dollar views. Host was easily reachable with any questions or concerns.

Beautiful Property

We were in central NY visiting family and needed a 6 bedroom place so this property was ideal. It was spacious enough for 9 of us and the views of the Seneca River from the sun room were lovely to wake up to. We thank Karl for leaving his pool open because the weather was like summer and we spent a lot of time swimming, using the sauna and jacuzzi and playing corn hole. We will definitely stay here again our next visit.

Great house

We came for a few days, family of 6 The house is very big and has room for more than one family The pool was perfect, the sunsets and sunrise are magical, great jacuzzi and pool table We rented the boat as well and it added to our experience Went out for a boat ride every day and jumped from the boat to the water. The house is very well equipped, Karl really thought of everything with small touches that supprised us Very close to stores and restaurants Thank you for a fun vacation

Beautiful Property

The property is beautiful. My family and I had a wonderful time. I would definitely stay here again! Tip to guests- the house smelled musty at first, but was much better after opening up the windows for a little bit (probably just from being closed up between rentals). To Karl- thank you for a wonderful mini vacation! My family and I did not want to leave. 🙂 We had a small gathering there for my birthday and everyone had a great time. The sun room is amazing! Thank you again. 🙂

Great place for a girls’ getaway!

The pictures don’t do the home justice! This place is sprawling!!! We were a group of 6 women and each of us had our own bedroom! Plenty of space to spread out. The hot tub was lovely! I wish we had been there while the pool was open. The kitchen is super-equipped - from the food processor to the Kitchen-Aid mixer to the rechargeable bottle opener! It was the nicest microwave I have ever seen - haha! If I had one critique, the carpeted stairs near the dining area could use a shampooing, but that’s minor. We enjoyed the house very much - lots of space for ladies who cook to do so! Lovely view as well!

We were super impressed with the property and its location. There were so many different gathering areas in and outside the house. The kitchen was well supplied with non-food items and the bedrooms had ample stocks of towels. Two of us seniors had fun with the water slide and the pool. We had some family members stop by and they kept asking me “Who found this place?” They loved it!Thank you, Karl, for the opportunity to enjoy your home during our attendance our sister’s 90th birthday celebration at Tassone’s Italian restaurant across the river.

Memorial weekend family adventure

Each summer our family looks forward to one or two gatherings at different locations with in the region.This years selection on the Seneca River focused on location to water with all the property amenities offered. While the weather did not co operate the accommodations exceeded expectations.My grandson loves to fish and he caught a lot of big fish and he wants to go back.

Very convenient lots of house space

House was nice gives a vintage type of feel to it. Only thing though towards the back by the lake far as seating area look very sketchy because it seems like it’s under construction or some sorting . Also the upstairs part of the house the AC wasn’t working.

Fantastic Riverfront Property

The Seneca River home was a pleasure to stay at for my wife, family and I while we visited local family in the Baldwinsville area for Thanksgiving. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was extremely well appointed. The property was exactly how it was described on the VRBO web listing We look forward to staying again !

Wonderful property and location

The location is absolutely beautiful, a few dozen feet from the Seneca river. The property has features that make it pleasant in the fall. For instance, there is a gas fireplace on the back screened in porch - makes the space nice and warm, great gathering area.

Wish I could give more stars

Positive: view, location, land, amenities (pool, pool table, games), upstairs master bath, numerous rooms and places to sleep, kitchen, response time, kept pool open for us Good/negative: hot tub was great but cover smelled musty, air purifier filter needed to be changed, full of dust Unfortunate: cleanliness (crumbs on dining room chairs, hair left in shower drain, unopened razor blade next to dining room table, bath towels were stained, bathroom countertop had tampons, laundry room full of unwashed blankets and comforters, disgusting 1st floor moldy bathroom (we all showered in the 2 upstairs bathrooms) Other: leakage in basement from recent rain that seeped onto cement floor near pool table room, wet enough that socks were wet (was told normal, known water seepage is unacceptable), ants everywhere, visible mice sightings. I live in a large city and am well aware of the above mentioned issues. I also know what to do with several of these issues.

Great stay and great host

The house was very specious and was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. The bathroom on the main floor needs so renos, to remove the mold and fix the toilet paper roll holder. We didn't use it because of that. The upstairs was perfect. Clean and very comfortable. The pool was clean although we didn’t get to swim nor use the hot tub (just not enough hours in a day). Lots of towels for everyone. The one thing we would suggest to the owner is a deep clean. Host was quick in responding to emails. Would reserve again, once the main bathroom is renovated. :)

Nice SAFE quiet beautiful area PLENTY OF ROOM

Honestly we had a wonderful time!! The place is in an absolutely gorgeous area!! The house is HUGE plenty of room to be together or apart lol! The pool is amazing the lake WOW the sunsets breathtaking the outdoor area is beautiful!! Hot tub and the sauna pool table a BIG PLUS!! Fresh clean towels all over the place beds are clean & comfortable!! Just one thing which really is not that bad it needs a deep cleaning for example some webs and dust but the bathrooms upstairs kitchen and the bedrooms were very very clean the one downstairs bathroom needs some cleaning up. Looking to book again this time for 2 weeks next summer!!! The host was also very helpful Pleasant and came by after asking for permission to look at the pool!!!
