Welcome to our charming home in the delightful town of Baldwin City, known for its vibrant festivals and stunning autumn foliage. Nestled in close proximity to Baker University, this cozy home provides a comfortable and convenient stay for visitors seeking to explore all that this enchanting community has to offer.
Step inside and discover a warm and inviting interior creating a cozy retreat. The living spaces are thoughtfully designed for relaxation and comfort, offering a place to unwind after a day of exploration, work, family or fun.
The main level includes one bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom with shower/tub combo, a living room with two sitting areas, and a well-equipped kitchen allowing you to prepare your favorite meals, while the dining area provides a cozy spot to savor them together.
Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs. One room has a queen size bed, the other has two twin beds. Nestled between the bedrooms is bathroom with a tub (not a shower).
The basement level has a second living area with a full-size murphy bed and a sofa that pulls out to a sleeper. There is also a full bathroom.
Washer & dryer are located in the basement utility area.

Cute town, cute house. Wish you had a washer and dryer. Appreciative that you had a gas grill. Sink/disposal a bit sluggish.

Family time
We enjoyed the large open concept. We could enjoy being together as we cooked(kitchen was well equipped), played games and watched football! Andrea even had the house decorated for Christmas which was a nice bonus!
