The house is located in the district "Wäldle", about 15 minutes walk from the center. The Balderschwanger cross-country ski trail leads past the house. The Balderschwang ski area is about a 5-minute drive away. In summer, the hotel offers beautiful hikes to the Allgäu mountains.
