"Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr modern, stilvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber. Ich hatte das Gefühl, alles ist da, was ich brauchte. Die Lage ist Bahnhof+ Supermärkte nah, zu Fuß weniger als 10 Min. In der Altstadt und ruhig. Das Gastgeber-Pärchen war sehr nett und freundlich. Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine klare Empfehlung, besonderes für die einzelne Person, die Mal zur für dich alleine braucht."

"El apartamento es ideal, tiene todo lo necesario. Todo es nuevo, tiene lavavajillas que es un punto muy positivo. Mis perros estuvieron muy a gusto allí paseando por el viñedo. Además, esta al lado de Kaysersberg, el que para mí, ha sido el pueblo más bonito de Alsacia. El supermercado está cerca y todos los servicios necesarios. "A true hotel: focus on the customer, sophisticated ambiance, everything perfect and in order, making it effortless to relax and just love this hotel. Air conditioned perfectly, quiet. We felt as the customers of the old days felt. Just perfect. Garage for our smallish car was great to get it out of the heat and the elevator was right there. Didn’t eat breakfast, but staff always obliged me with coffees. Easy stroll into Colmar. WOW!"

"The apartment was very nice but is in need of some maintenance. Lights were burned out at the bedside & a plug receptacle was partially pulled out of the wall, also at the bedside. The drapes in the living room area, were coming off the hanging hardware. The staff were great & very helpful. The next issue is really a Hotels.com issue. When we tried to navigate to any location on our trip(rental car was used), the location of each property came up on the navigation system as Unknown Location instead of the name of the property. Thus, we found our selves on busy unfamiliar streets close to but not exactly at the front entrance of the facility. Also, specific information regarding actual location to where to park for each facility would be helpful. In many cases, the actual property name is not the exact name on the front of the hotel/apartment."

"The staff was great and the location was perfect. The breakfast in the morning was a great way to start the day. The room was a little on the smaller side, but did not take away the charm of hotel. The staff were super accommodating for gluten free items which are a plus. The offsite parking was reasonable and a nice parking area. They did have a four space garage but required a tiny car."

"The hotel is excellent for anyone going to Europa park and rulantica, we did everything on public transport and walking, the bus stop is 1 minute walking from the hotel. The walk to the park entrance is about 20 minutes, when leaving the park we used the hotels exit in the Spanish area. Two supermarkets nearby with good bakeries for breakfast, the hotel offers a microwave in the reception. I just wish the room had a mini fridge"

"This is an amazing hotel if you are going to use trains or buses. The breakfast is excellent. We had a newly refurbished room with a good outlook so that was good. However, there was no easy chair despite neighbouring rooms having two. We asked a couple of times for a chair to no avail. We’d have given five stars otherwise"
