A nice budget friendly hotel. Our room had a nice Mountain View but the roof of the room was made of metal and not concrete so could hear rainfall all the night
Also access to the hotel is a bit tricky

Very nice hotel. The staff were all really nice and ready to help. Clean rooms. Restaurant was really good especially our weiter Johann. Bar was well stocked with servers nice and knowledgeable. Would certainly go back.

Overall the property was great and I would definitely stay here again when I return to Machu Picchu. I was really happy with this hotel.
The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Not many amenities provided but this is understandable being we are in the mountains. Staff was very nice and helpful. The front desk was not staffed the hours I walked by, but the restaurant staff could handle double duty if needed. They did meet me at the train station and escort me to the hotel. Which we above and beyond. As for the surroundings. There were plenty of restaurants and bars near by, lots of shopping and scenic tours you can do. This was a great hotel, I do recommend!

The staff were all incredibly helpful and nice, and the property itself is in good shape, but this was one of the noisest places I have ever been. I could hear everything in my room; traffic and people talking outside, the TV from someone down the hall, and somebody randomly blasting music at 10pm.... ...
