Dont expect help from hotel staff as they have nothing to do with guests that book through this site. Had to communicate with room owner direct. No towels or access to the gym. When asked for them we received torn dirty towels. Very disappointing 😞

My family decided not to stay at the suite because so much inconvenience of the location and amenities but we still paid for it. I wrote them a constructive feedback but I was given an unprofessional reply which totally a disappointment.

This is a brand-new building that's still being completed, and we felt so lucky to be able to stay here! The city views are absolutely incredible (you can see the Petronas Towers, Merdeka, Pavilions, and KLCC Park was right below us... it was perfect!), the rooms were spotless, and everything was beautifully decorated and furnished. There was 24-hour security, and the location was central to everything we wanted to do.
We were so disappointed that we didn't have enough time to enjoy the infinity pool—the views were incredible! The property management team was excellent with communication and made our stay seamless.
The condo had everything we could have asked for, and we can't wait to come back and stay again! Thank you!
