"Good Value Nice management "

"While the staff were nice and friendly, and responded to my requests, the breakfast was good along with prepared sandwiches, the rooms were priced 3-4 times higher than normal because of COP29. The room I thought I was getting from the photo and the room I received did not match expectations. "

"Ok"

"Hotel needs to be upgraded"

"The small suite we had was spacious enough. There were shops, clubs, restaurants and otherwise at a close distance. This did make for some noise at night. But, it didn’t bother me. Rooms were clean and the bathroom was really nice. The bathroom seemed brand new, maybe less than a year since it was renovated. The staff was kind and helpful. The spa is not in the building but it is directly across the street, maybe 30 second walk. You can clearly see it from the door. The doorman will walk you...

"This is the place to stay when in Baku. Terrific hamam in the basement, service-minded and helpful staff makes it worth while."

"Bad bathroom"

"Staff behavior is good, hotel is just average"
