  • Spacious penthouse apartment with an excellent view to the city in the central part of Baku. Lots of light, lots of space, on two top floors of the building. Located opposite the newly created Central Park, close to Icheri Sheher (Old City), Drama Theatre and Hyatt Regency. Easy to get around. This apartment is unique for its type in Baku. It could comfortably accommodate a large group that would otherwise need to book 3 or 4 rooms in a hotel. Narimanov avenue is one of the major transport arteries of the city, and the location offers one of the best views to the city from the top of Baku amphitheater.
