Location is fantastic - the cost which was over 2.6k for 6 days for COP was shocking. Downstairs smelt of smoke, window was zip wired, noise on the corridors, shower door didn’t shut and shower was mildly and dirty, towels were cheap and in need of quality replacement. Had tried calling the hotel on arrival and didn’t pick up - beds were comfy though and it was easy to walk to the old town. With the sum if cash per person please renovate and invest - this place has so much potential… such a shame.
I have a video only to share
hotel staff was friendly. hotel location is good.near to nezami street. hotel is clean. but hotel is old and l furniture is old. Suitable when you spend most of the time outside the hotel and return to the hotel at bedtime
Place location good but No parking and difficult to load bags or unload bags from Car. If you ask for taxi before it reaches you have to wait on road in this cold weather because it is difficult to park even 2minutes

Good location.
Hotel is in a great position close to all the sights.
Staff were great and very helpful.
Transport available to/from airport for $15USD.
Room was on top floor, lift only went to 4th floor.
Breakfast average.

The staff were incredibly friendly and truly elevated an already pleasant stay. The hotel is only 150 yrds from Fountains Square so is perfectly located. Breakfast could've been slightly better but that's a small quibble
The staff are all you and very professional
Any request was met with a friendly and honest smile
Ali. Maga and the young lady who’s name I couldn’t pronounce get an above average mark!

Hotel location is fantastic with similarly situated hotels nearby. Despite saying so on there website ,there was no safe in the room, there was no kettle, the shower attachment are old and slippery, always down to lowest level, also shower base lesks.
First all check in was quite fast, Hotel staff Nergis and Amna are pretty good
But but
The major issues we face are the following
No electricity/light for few hours at Morning
No water for shower and even for toilet there was quite hot water
I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel
We paid for 2 nights stay but we left one day early while paid full for 2 nights
Better to stay far from it, on the very next day just moved to qafqaz city Baku hotel one of the best in the city I think
Fevvareler meydanının hemen üzerinde mükemmel konum. Çalışanları biraz amatör fakat ellerinden geldiğince yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Oda temizdi. Tek eksisi gürültücü bir yan oda komşunuz varsa ses çok geçiriyor.
I want to recommend a hotel in Baku close to the city centre: The Nemi Hotel. I stayed there longer that anticipated and I have never met front desk staff who are more accommodating than these people! They were amazing, and helped me in so many ways when I had to cancel and re-book plans. Turae, Nergiz, Vusal and the manager Amina were all willing for me to call them anytime and Turae even went to the market to load his phone so I could cancel airfares. I think this hotel is one of the friendliest hotels ever, and is in a wonderful location...comfy beds, hot water and an amazing breakfast! And ask for Ali if you want a private driver...he's awesome!

Nice hotel close to the amazing Fountain Square
Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location close to fountain square and the Old City. The price was high due to huge demand over the F1 GP weekend in Baku but it was more than worth it for the above mentions reasons and the fact Baku is an amazing city with great people and they love to party hard to 5am and beyond!
Besides the famous Azerbaijani hospitality and warmth, Amina and her colleagues took excellent care of me. All of them with a genuine smile, all the time. The hotel is good value and very conveniently located in the center of Baku.

Quiet room in a good location
Excellent location, 5 min to the pedestrian street and another 5 to the Old town. Lots of cellar bars around. The room was extremely basic, and so was breakfast. Wi-Fi worked fine, no outside noise. Check in was fast and even an hour or so early.
