Ett hotell av centrum i Baku till bra pris.

Ett hotell i gamla stan nära strandpromenaden, det är cirka 10-15 minuters promenad till resturangerna i centrum.

The property is in a great location in the Old City of Baku so quite unique.. The hotel itself is quite basic and the room was not cleaned every day. It was a triple room but the single bed which was booked turned out to be a "put me up" flimsy bed which we asked to have changed on three occasions and this did not happen so uncomfortable sleeping for my son.

Very poor standard but in a great location

Where do I start... First of all, we didn't stay in City Walls Hotel... When we wanted to check in guy from City Walls guided us to different hotel nearby which was called Town Gates... City Walls is under the construction. So we havent slept at the room we have choose, not even in the same building. It is more like hostel - furnitures are pretty old and ugly, there is a very bad smell from the bathroom... There is a humidity in the building and unfortunately you can feel it. Room was small and disgusting to be honest. What we liked was very friendly staff & location which is great, just in the centre of old district. Hotel is also cheap.

Don't recommend staying in this hotel. Period.

I was traveling with a group of 4 friends, reserving four rooms. There was a lot of things broken in the rooms, one room was not ready and we had to spend the night crowded in another room. ON day, the breakfast was not there on time. The hotel cancelled several rooms in my reservation at Hotels.com thus denying me to receive credits in the Rewards program. At checkout, I requested the invoices, but was not given any invoices/receipts, while insisting that we pay in cash - so I don't even have a proof of my staying there. I suspect the hotel is doing some kind of double accounting making us a victim. It's outrageous!

Отдыхали с женой в Баку с 29 сентября по 6 октября 2018 года. Не были в Баку 28 лет. Отель выбирал ближе к Центру и не ошибся. Отель "Сити Веллс" расположен с "Старом городе", т.е. в Крепости, от отеля в 15 м. место, где А. Миронов поскользнулся на корке и упал. Сейчас на месте "Аптеки" ресторан "Бриллиантовая рука. Черт побери" с манекенами участников этой сцены. Постоянно приходят туристы,для фото садятся на ступени и тротуар (как А. Миронов). Сверху спускаются машины, бакинцы даже не сигналят, улыбаясь ждут когда народ сфотографируется. Слева от входа в отель металлические ворота, где проститутка зазывала Ю. Никулина (помните, руссо туристо, облико морале). Сама крепость отреставрирована, на нашей улочке фонари освещения в виде старинных масляных ламп, вид крепости вечером конечно потрясающий. Отель 4-х этажный, большинство номеров выходят окнами на внутреннюю часть отеля. Поэтому при бронировании желательно уточнять свои пожелания. Нам достался номер с окнами в старый крепостной дворик. Завтрак накрывают на 4-м этаже, на веранде. Вид не описать словами, панорама Баку и днем и в темное время,особенно когда зажигаются "Башни огня". Завтрак обычный: колбаса, сыры, сметана, яйца, джемы. Но качество с нашими продуктами не сравнишь. В Баку "молочка" прибалтийская, а мясное из Белоруссии. Номер просторный, типа турецкой 4-ки. По ТВ несколько русскоязычных каналов, в том числе и музыкальный. Обслуживание номера было нормальное, не забывайте оставлять по манату (42 рубля).

Great location in the Old City

We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is located right in the centre of the old city, close to all the main sights The hotel is in an old building with small central courtyard. My room was spacious and comfortable, with free wifi, tv, fridge and aircon. My room was on the first floor and was quiet. However, my friend stayed on the ground floor and experienced outside noise. A good breakfast. Although was served late on one day. Restaurant on roof level with great views. Would love to return to Baku and would stay here again.

Perfekt läge i gamla stan

Rummen var helt OK, läget fantastiskt och mycket fin utsikt över stan från frukostrummet, men frukosten var inte så bra, det fattades kaffe ibland, fanns inte tillräcktigt med porslin m m. Personalen var vänlig med verkade mycket oerfarna.

Хорошее расположение отеля. Рядом знаменитое «черт побери».Номер соответствует фотографиям на сайте . Номер чистый. Уборка ежедневная. Завтрак проходит на террасе на крыше , с которой открывается прекрасный вид на город.
