Bristol Hotel closed as i found out after booking, however staff contacted me and offered better room right on Baku's richest shopping street (Nizami) owned by same owner as Bristol was, I can not say enough good things about how the staff handled this and how far they went out of way to offer top service! Thanks, Spacibo!

Tam bir rezalet .Baku havaalanından şehre gelirken,şöför kestirme yol tarifi istedi.Telefona çıkan kadın görevli bana otelin kapandığını ve bizi ayni düzeyde bir otele yönlendireceklerini söyledi.Kabul etmediğim halde Bakü Drop İnn adlı bir otele gitmek zorunda kaldık.Bu oteli beğenmedik.Bristol otele gittik oradaki görevli bayan hiçbir şey yapamayacağını şu anda oradaki görevinin bittiğini söyledi ve biz ortada kaldık.Kaldığımız otelin en fazla günlük 80 AZN fiyatla (2kişi) ancak biz hesba göre 100 AZN ödedik. Bize başka alternatif sunulmadığı için mağdur olduk, sinir bozucu ve çok dar olanaklar içinde bir tatil geçirdik. Biz Hotels com.'un ilgisizliğinden şikayetciyiz. O kadar ki kapandığı bildirilen bir otel hakkında benden yorum istiyorsunuz. Peki benim mağduriyetim nasıl giderilecek. Bana onu anlatın. Hotels com.'un kurum olarak işini takip etmemesi ve tatilin başlangıcında insanları mağdur etmesi gerçekten üzücü ! Hotellin sijainti erinomainen. Kävelykadun, vanha kaupunki ja rantabulevardi lähellä. Kahvila ja ravintolatarjonta vieressä. Hotelli vaatimaton, erittäin ystävällinen ”rouva” respassa ja aamiaisella. Huoneissa kaikki tarvittava ja bonuksena parveke.

Неплохой вариант для короткой остановки в Баку

В целом неплохой мини-отель с прекрасным расположением. Убирают неплохо, скромные завтраки. Двери в номерах очень тонкие, да еще и с просветом внизу, поэтому все, что происходит в коридоре (все ночные разговоры рецепшен с постояльцами) все слышно отлично, и это очень мешает.Отель на втором этаже, подъем без лифта.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Boulevard. Viele touristische Attraktionen, besonders in der Altstadt, sind von hier aus gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist gut und das Personal ist freundlich.

Decent place, walking distance to most places

Front desk staff (Sevda) was wonderful. Very helpful and spoke some English. Room was nice and included a balcony. Wonderful breakfast. Very accessible to the Old City, the double gates are about two blocks away, and fountain square is right there. Very pleased, particularly given the very low rate. To be clear, this is a lower end hotel, but nice nonetheless. Very clean, nice rooms.

Good no- frills hotel,

Initially disconcerting when I arrived at 3.30 am, since the entrance is in a side street and upon going thru the door was faced with an empty staircase with no indication of what lay insid. However going up two flights of stairs you come to a long corridor with the hotel being at the far end. It’s a 3star hotel in my book and so long as you are happy with no frills then I would recommend it for its price & location. The latter is perfect being on the edge of Downtown and a couple of minutes walk to the Old City.

Lovely Staff. Centee of Town.

The lady that greeted us could not have been anymore helpful. She was amazing. This hotel is close to most tourist spots. Breakfast was fine as the lady will make you an omelette if you ask. Right opposite the Hard Rock but also close to many amazing Azerbajaini reztaurants. Loved Baku.

Pretty much all aspects of this hotel is great. Really nice staff, excellent people and overall the facilities are great. All in all though, a great hotel and highly recommended! And, like mentioned in the title, the breakfast was just amazing.

An excellent value - superb location and service

If you are looking for great value, superbly location and honey, friendly service then Bristol zhotel is an excellent choice. The location just steps away from the best restaurants and central location can't be beat. The rooms are modern, well lit and clean. The reception, house keeping and service was so friendly and helpful. The only negatives were a) long flight of stairs to get to reception/rooms with no elevator b) small room size, and c) somwpewhat slow wifi speeds. I could live with all 3 for the price and convenience

48 stairs--no lift. otherwise, fine

only reservation is that, since hotel is located at the extremity of the unesco protected heritage site, no elevator can be installed. that entails 48 steps. hotel itself is newly re-furbished. only other reservation is that there is no english station on the tv. i keep asking hotels.com to inform readers of no lift if there is more than one flight of stairs. sevda is a charming host. decent breakfast

good service for the attractive price

just in the heart of the city. Very small hotel with small room. The bed was really small and the pillow not really good. Staff helpful and friendly. The best is the geographical place, just in the middle of the city, at the main shopping street and a jump away from the old town. For the low price, the really offer a very good service.

Ideal hotel

Hotel manager and staff are extreemly friendly and helpful. Arranged our day tour using hotel' car at more than half the price of local tour agency. Hotel is located right in the city centre( old town, squares ....and Caspian sea front.....all with in 5 minutes. Hotel transfer to and from airport is reasonably priced. Room was comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay this hotel again should we return to Baku

Great location, friendly staff

Hotel was situated in a side street close to local shops and restaurants, very close to fountain square. We were visiting for the Grand Prix so the location was excellent. Basic hotel room, really hard bed. Clean and tidy. Perfect for us as the only time we spent there was for sleeping but if you were planning on spending time in the room probably not the right place for you. Breakfast wasn't really up to much but so close to coffee shops that we probably would have gone out anyway even if it were better. Very friendly hotel staff who arranged taxi transfers for us.
