Good hotel

Hotel staffs were very much friendly, the breakfast was great. my departure was 5:30 morning, they gave us a meal box in the early morning. Staffs answered my questions sincerely. Good hotel.

Very clean room. The service is great! We've arrived at 4am, I contacted the property and the room was ready for us at 4am for a little extra cost. They also arranged a pickup from the airport. We are highly recommending this hotel.

Bed bugs

Old room, stained bedsheets. Stuff was helpful but not super friendly. The worst thing was bed bugs.... I was eaten alive.

Non è stata un'esperienza proprio esaltante. Prenotato per due distinti soggiorni anticipatamente nella stessa settimana. Nella prima occasione aprendo la sala colazione alle 8 del mattino (orario molto comodo direi) mi era stata proposta una luch box dovendo prendere un treno di mattina presto. Mi era sembrato un gesto carino. Peccato che al mattino successivo nessuno sapesse nulla di questa iniziativa per cui ho fatto colazione pagandola per la seconda volta presso la stazione. Ritorno a Baku in questo hotel verso le 23 di pochi giorni dopo. Il receptionist mi dice candidamente che non solo non esiste la mia prenotazione che peraltro avevo verificato alcuni giorni prima con un suo collega ma che in hotel non ci sono più camere libere. Faccio vedere la copia stampata dell'hotel con l'indicazione che la camera era stata pure pagata in anticipo. Non basta. Il receptionist mi chiede pure copia del pagamento per giustificare l'inconveniente. Faccio i salti mortali a quell'ora per recuperare i dati del pagamento per fortuna riuscendoci dando modo loro di farsi tutta una serie di foto della documentazione. A quel punto il receptionist fa una serie di telefonate e pensate un po'... Magicamente spunta una stanza. Insonorizzazione sconosciuta. Doccia che perdeva acqua allagando il bagno (comunicato alla reception per agevolare i clienti successivi), copriwater rotto. Colazione appena sufficiente.

街中にありますので眺望は期待できませんが、設備は清潔でスタッフも親切かつ迅速に対応してくれます。立地もよくメトロ・バス利用に不自由しません。駅前のショッピングモール地下には大型のスーパーマーケットがありますし、周りには食堂なども多く便利です。外に食べに出たくなければ併設のレストランが利用できます。

Great staff

Spent 2 weeks here over Christmas/New Year. Staff were great....very helpful and friendly. Room on first floor was a bit noisy as over bar/restaurant but as at a time for celebrating you would expect it. Room was comfortable and plenty room as we had a suite. Bathroom always had a smell of smoke....perhaps coming through vent. Just bought an air freshener. Hotel is in good location. Able to walk into centre within 15 minutes.

駅にそこそこ近い，C.P.の良いホテルでした

とてもC.P.がよく，良いホテルでした． ここにいたるまでに，アルメニア，ジョージアと介してきましたが，どこも同じような価格帯のホテルでしたが，朝食等もふくめ，ここが一番よかったです． 駅近で選び，最初に行ったは思ったより離れていると感じましたのですが，実際には道路の状況，大きな荷物を引っ張っての探しながらで，さらに少し遠回りしてしまったのが原因でした， 毎日，駅に行っているうちに，大きな荷物があるときはこういう行き方でいけば，といったことがわかってくると，本当に便利でした． スタッフもあっさりはしていますが，必要十分です．

Recommended -- great service and breakfast

I really liked this hotel. New (opened in summer 2018), terrific service, very clean, wonderful breakfast -- ask for a room facing the street, as the windows are floor-to-ceiling, and the ceilings are high -- the room gets lots of light. I liked the location, too, walking distance to the old city (or a very inexpensive taxi), but in a 'real', not touristy neighborhood.

ASKENT Hotel - Comfortable and Convenient

Very good service; always helpful. Clean hotel and rooms. The front desk staff spoke very good English and were very courteous. The designated taxi service was prompt, safe and on schedule. The Wi-Fi service was free; was reliable most of the time. I wish they will keep coffee powder packets in the room. Also, it will be nice to have TV channel listing since there are more than 80 channels, most of which are non-English. Very satisfied.

Good Cosy Hotel.

This was my second hotel in Baku , location is near from 28 May metro and walk away from. Busy area of fountain square, staff was helpful specially the front desk guy Timur who speak good English as language is a big issue in Azerbaijan as whole , Small and well managed hotel ,

Recommended to stay here

Location is good, approx 5 min walking distance from 28 may metro station and Baku central train station. In hotel - wifi works well with security. Room facility is simple but enough facility to stay comfortable. Breakfast is good also - cold dishes and you can choose how to cook egg as warm dish. Staff is helpful as full of hospitality of Azerbaijan people - that’s important point to mention!

コインランドリーがないのが残念。周りはレストラン、ショッピングセンターもあり、駅も近く便利。 部屋は清潔です。 朝食が7:00-で少し遅いのが残念。基本食べれませんでした。
