"Friendly, helpful staff"

"We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Location is amazing, nice view, cozy property, friendly staff. Food was great especially the dinner a la carte menu at the restaurant. The lobby decor, seating areas, and garden area were really nice. SPA experience was nice. Special thanks to Maryam, Xaver, and Svenja for making our stay more enjoyable. "

"The best place to ever stay at. Riviera has a wonderful restaurant, warm staff who make you feel at home, lovely suites and convenience of being close to the city centre. If you’re looking for a great hotel for you and your family, this one is truly the best. Thank you everyone for always making us feel at home 🙏❤️"

"Good"

"Temizlik görevlisi abla çok ilgiliydi Ama genel olarak Dedeman oteleyakışmayan bir otel anlayışı var sanki, maalesef Biz çok beğenemedik. Ama herkes yardımcı oldu. Sadece daha bakımlı daha modern olabilir eşyaları olsun odaları olsun yoksa bireye indirgemek çok yanlış olur"

"Har bott där i en månad , fin frukost , tyst läge , ok nära till staden , snäll personal . Rekommenderas 🇦🇿🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪"

" Nice sea view and big rooms"

"Bed really uncomfortable. Cleanliness not bad. Restaurant average"

"Very rude staff and completly lack in customer service.. rooms are not sound proof and AC doesn't work .. highly humid as close to sea and staff is not supportive at all .. I need to leave the room as can't sleep and no further support offered by management. Don't fall in trap of fake ratings this place has .. some rooms are without windows."

"I made a reservation and paid the whole amount. However, the hotel unilaterally cancelled my reservation on the day of checking in. I am negotiating the return of my payment, but no progress so far..."
