"Beware of undisclosed fees. When booking, the hotel is presented as offering amenities such as a pool, spa, sauna, and hot tub. However, approximately three days before departure - we received an email stating that access to the pool/sauna/hot tub area would cost an additional 300 SEK (about $30) per person, per day. This was not clearly disclosed at the time of booking, and the timing left little opportunity to make alternative arrangements. Beyond the unexpected fees, the overall standard of the hotel was disappointing. Upon arrival, there were champagne corks left on the floor in our room. Several drawers were broken, and the shower did not drain properly, filling with water up to our ankles within minutes. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The spa and pool area, for which the additional daily fee is charged, appeared worn and poorly maintained. In the women’s changing and shower area, there was visible mold, broken lockers, and unclean floors. Given the extra cost, the condition of these facilities was particularly concerning. Breakfast was acceptable, though not memorable. There are many young staff members managing front desk and restaurant operations. They appeared to be doing their best, but the overall inexperience was noticeable and service lacked polish. Overall, the combination of unclear pricing, additional last-minute fees, and maintenance concerns made this a disappointing stay. Transparency and improv"

"We had an amazing time! Skiing is just on the door step, food is very elaborate and delicious, hospitality is very welcoming. Staff are attentive and happy to help! Just must take kettle with you as there isn’t one in the room. Atmosphere of Âpres Ski is absolutely lovely with ABBA and other songs which you can hear in the room but not too loud, and everything stops after 5:30 pm so no issue for the children sleeping well. The hot tub is amazing but must be booked in advance. Worth it! Åre is lovely city, and Gronan at Åre Torg is very helpful and can take you down very quickly. Beautiful scenery and slopes for everyone ! Not crowded! Sweden never disappoints ❤️"

"Lovely hotel, very close to the funicular and the slopes. We received a warm welcome. It was easy to charge the car in the car park at the back of the hotel. We really enjoyed the Tasting menu. "

"It was great. The Location is wonderfull and if you like small challinging trails you can Climb a little to get to their b & b if you don’t like to walk beside the street. The owners are the sweetest people and their breakfast is great. The room where you have breakfast is very cozy and Full with Nice local Art. It’s really a great place to stay 😃😃😃😃"
