Frequently asked questions

When is the best time to go to Bakhen?
The best time to go to Bakhen, Penal, Trinidad and Tobago, is during the dry season, which typically runs from January to May.

During these months, you'll experience consistently sunny weather and lower humidity, making it ideal for exploring the natural beauty and outdoor attractions of the region. The average daily temperatures are pleasant, usually ranging from 25Ā°C to 30Ā°C, great for enjoying the local beaches or hiking through the lush landscapes.

This period is particularly good for families looking for a relaxing holiday. The drier conditions mean less chance of rain interruptions for beach days or visits to local parks and wildlife sanctuaries. It's also a great time for couples who want to enjoy romantic strolls along the coastline or explore the local culture without the inconvenience of heavy downpours.

While the dry season is generally more popular, the shoulder months of June and December can also be good options.
