The hotel was clean. But the property is located next a highway and the traffic noise was loud.

Vagabond Inn Bakersfield South
I would not recommend staying here. I read other reviews and it seemed like it might be ok but it is not. Those must be fake reviews. There are people who you can tell live in this hotel the room looks nothing like the pictures and it smelled. It just did not feel clean.

Bakersfield Outdoor Oasis - Kitchen, Bar, Pool, Spa, Fire
Place was great. Beds were good, plenty of space, close to shopping, easy highway access. Hottub was hot and clean, pool and outside area was clean. Host was extremely helpful and communicated well. Responding to random question and requests firendly and in very timely manner.
