The check in man was nice, the elevator worked, the pillows were fluffy and linen was clean. Other than that it was run down, lots of homeless, would not stay again. It was last minute and $40 what can I really expect.

At first, the elevator was working but later in a few hours it stopped working. I noticed that is leaking of water near the toilet and I had to asked for additional towels. They only have one elevator. The ceiling inside the room near the bed and near the sofa has black mold.I liked the view from the inside room window and I liked that the room is carpeted including the hallway. I also like that it is closer to the restaurants. I stayed for 1 night from May 23, 2026 and checked out on May 24, 2026.

Ok for a quick stop

Rooms clean. Good job to the maids. Prolly an old comfort inn??? Place is worn, but staff very nice and trying their best. Lots of homeless, but that is everywhere in Bakersfield, the town is a dump.
