there were a lot of bugs in the bathroom when I woke up in the middle of the night. I talked to the manager and she said they are aware because of their area. They did offer if I want to transfer to a new room but it was just so inconvenience for us.

Heater in room does not work
The worst thing in the room is the wall thermostat DOES NOT WORK!!! When it is OFF, the heater continues on, not stop at all, and if you change the temperature up or down, the heater does not do so. Complained to office, cannot fix problem. Did not get a room. Just unplug stupid heater to turn off.

Very clean, breakfast was great everyday, staff was helpful and very easy to get to. I was giving my rooms in an emergency. I would definitely stay there is i need to again.

Definitely 5 stars & worth every penny!
When we checked in, none of the rooms for 4 people were ready, we were offered a free upgrade to a suite, which was nice allowing us to spread out more. The breakfast was phenomenal! It had the best variety of food options of ANY other hotel at which we have stayed.

Very clean environment. Friendly hotel staff. Breakfast was modest. No loud neighbors. Loved that the room came with dove body wash, conditioner and shampoo. The kuerig machine in the room was a nice touch for a morning cup of joe. Toiletries included face wipes which the wife loved. Looking forward to staying again soon!

The room was very big. There were 6 of us and the sofa bed was said to be double, but turned out to be a queen size bed. We were happy. The breakfast was good. lots of options. Definitely recommend it!

Wonderful hotel!
The reception clerk was absolutely amazing! She helped me with all my needs and was able to accommodate my ASD son. She deserves a raise!
