Clean, simple, spacious condo with large loft and huge private patio, ample parking in a safe, central neighborhood. Contemporary Peaceful Getaway with Ample Parking. Owner/manager went to UCLA, Boston University law school, and CSUDH MA in mediation. I am also a mortgage loan officer. Love taking care of people no matter what the role!

Great Property in a Great Location

This property was perfect for our needs. We chose the location because of familiarity to restaurants and shopping. Our reservation started immediately with a prompt contact by owner Patrick. He responded promptly in a timely matter the few times I contacted him. The property was very clean and was very quiet during our entire stay. Parking was plentiful and very close to the unit in an adjacent and free parking lot. The 2 queen bedrooms downstairs was perfect for our needs. The gated yard front and back around this unit was a bonus. The small barbeque in front yard was also appreciated. I highly recommend this owner and his property.
