Kitchen is loaded with all new appliances including a stackable washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove, stainless steel hood vent. Ceiling fans in every room, HVAC, ADT alarm system and new hardwood floors throughout. The big beautiful deck and large yard perfect for dining el fresco or relaxing. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you would need for your stay…even coffee.

Exceptionally Clean and Comfortable!
We have stayed in different Bakersfield rentals over the years, and this one sets the bar above the others! Exceptionally clean house and furnishings with comfortable beds. The open floor plan invites conversations whether you’re in the living room, kitchen or dining room. The well stocked kitchen made it easy to whip up breakfast or a late night snack. (The toaster is stored in the kitchen cupboard.) The backyard boasts a large deck offering outdoor dining with a huge grassy area surrounded by trees. Eva was the perfect hostess and always available to help with any questions. Overall, a wonderful space to relax while in Bakersfield!

Loved our stay here. The house was in a great location. The owners were very easy to communicate with and check- in a breeze. They have done a great job renovating and kitchen very well equipped!! Great place!! Very clean. Thank you Eva and Carlos!

Our little Bakersfield home
This is my families second time staying at this property. Eva and Carlos are responsive hosts, the house is clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. This property works beautifully for myself, my husband and our two adult children. Enough space to relax after a long day of visiting with family in the Bakersfield area. We will be back around December, when we come down to visit family again.

Extended visit for a family emergency.
On older house that has been fully renovated. The property is very clean but the furnishings are not top tier especially the beds which were, in my opinion, far too soft. The kitchen could use a regular toaster. The counter top toaster oven was not working properly. All that said, the stay was pleasent.

Perfect for traveling with adult children..
We were visiting extended family for the holidays and we were looking for a reasonable place to stay that gave us a little extra room, as a family. This property was perfect for our needs. It allowed each of us to have our own bedroom and 2 bathrooms was a nice amenity as well. The neighborhood was the perfect spot between where my relatives live in far-east Bakersfield and downtown, where our holiday dinner was located. This was a safe, clean spot to stay.. huge backyard!
