"Hotel was very clean and welcoming. Appreciated the personalized welcome note in the room with beach towels, beach bag and beach chairs to use as we please. There was a small issue with our shower in our room where the handle fell off the first time I used it! Notified the front desk and they sent someone up right away to repair it. After that we still never really got very warm water to shower with. Location is great, steps from the beach. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Would definitely go back if I could be assured I would get a hot shower this time!"

"It was a perfect stay. Coming here for a good R & R . The whole area is amazing. From check-in throughout the whole stay people were friendly and polite. Oceanfront studio was beautiful. Room was clean and the view at night from the balcony was out of this world. I will return."

"Room floors were sticky and with black soot. The shower was very tiny and no handicap bars or handles. I had to carry my luggage from the 3rd floor because the elevator was broken; there was no staff to assist."
