Amazing location for skiing. Very comfortable hotel to stay in, huge rooms and fantastic views. Breakfast is great but all other hospitality areas lack atmosphere and quality service. Check in is long and complicated. Definitely not the high standard of experience expected at a normal Hyatt.

Non-smoking room smells like cigarettes. Descriptions have sauna, bubble bath which were not available at all!
