"We really enjoyed our stay here. It was an easy 15-20 min walk into St Paul de Vence (not suitable for those with accessibility needs) which we found very convenient. Staff were really friendly. "Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant and comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer on-site was a fantastic convenience that made a big difference during our trip. The staff were excellent — friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Communication was generally okay, though there’s room for improvement in clarity and responsiveness. One small issue was with the location: the address on Google Maps led us to the back of the hotel, which was a bit confusing. A heads-up or clearer directions from the hotel would have helped avoid that. Parking on the street felt safe and accessible, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a very good experience and we’d definitely consider staying again."

"The hotel is at a quiet street behind the Nice Vill train station, 5 minutes walk through a tunnel from the station or 7 minutes walk from the ground, easily accessible, and very convenient. Around the hotel and the train station, there are restaurants, stores, convenient stores, and supermarkets, all in walkable distance. The hotel room is very clean, organized, and cozy. There is a small refrigerator, an air condition, and a TV. Wifi connections on every floor. The bathroom is little small but it's kept neat and clean. The hotel staffs are super nice and friendly. I arrived the hotel in the morning, which was way earlier than the check in scheduled time 3 pm. The hotel receptionist, Salim made me feel so welcome. The staffs helped me to store my luggage at the hotel so that I could explore the city. The public transportation near the train station make all the sightseeing places such as Promenade des Anglais, castle hill, old town, Place Masséna and Promenade du Paillon, easily accessible within less than 30 minutes commute. The hotel staff, Salim, gave us great suggestions on great local restaurants offer authentic food options. My family had a wonderful time during the dinner. The food was delicious. We definitely will choose to stay the same hotel next time we visit Nice again. Highly recommended."
