"The bed was amazing "

"Convenient location. Nice property. Nice room. Clean. Did not take advantage of free breakfast. Looked at pool; seemed ok. No hot tub. Hot water a little quick to run out around 9am or so…typical, but unfortunate. Complimentary bottled waters at check-in. Asked for late check out the night before. Was told the latest they could extend was noon. Website and check-in itinerary listed it as noon. Desk person said, “no, it’s 11:00.” So I got my checkout extended until the time I expected anyway. Need to have a team member meeting about check out time, or correct website/itinerary message. Unfortunate, again…not enough to keep me from going back, but enough to make you go, “hmmmm.” Overall, very pleased. Just confirm any questions you may have…don’t assume."

"The staff were super friendly, my daughter loved them. Everything was very clean. Internet was a little slow, but that's typical of hotels. Pool was nice, there's a sauna that doesn't work, but no sign to indicate that it doesn't work. That would be my only complaint and it is very minor. Very happy with my stay while we were there. "

"Check in was seamless, workers was friendly and helpful. Room was large and spotless. You can ckearly tell there is a emphasis on good cleaning practices. A/C was cold and everything worked as expected. Property both outside and inside was mantained well and price was great. We were here for an overnightvstay at Riley's and juat needed a room to sleep and shower. It exceeded exoectations and we will stay here for our next trip. The great reviews are why we picked rhis hotel and we were not diaappointed."
