"Staff although speaking very limited English, were extremely nice and as helpful as they could be. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I actually stayed here for a total of 13 nights. Good location with lots of local amenities, there is even a bus stop right outside the hotel. If I were to return to Astana then I would definitely stay here again. "

"There was a hiccup upon my arrival as they had no record of my booking. I therefore had to contact the booking website and wait for them to contact the hotel which isn't ideal. After everything was sorted, however, all was well. The room they gave me (I'm not sure if they upgraded me?) was exceptionally nice for the price I paid. It was really a very tastefully designed and practical hotel with nice staff. They have a small luggage storage for a reasonable 1,000 per day too. As the hotel is...
