Baikonur District Hotels, Astana

"A very nice and comfortable hotel."

"The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They didn’t change my bedding even once during my 10 days stay. The breakfast menu is very simple and poor, you have no choice to pick what you want to eat and no coffee offered."

"The best hotel on my trip in Kazakhstan."

"great location great overall service "

"Staff although speaking very limited English, were extremely nice and as helpful as they could be. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I actually stayed here for a total of 13 nights. Good location with lots of local amenities, there is even a bus stop right outside the hotel. If I were to return to Astana then I would definitely stay here again. "

"Excellent hotel, very close to the American"

"Poor breakfast. If you after 8 AM- no food at all"

"Friendly and extremely helpful receptionist, who helped us way above expectations regarding getting a taxi ride to the station. Most appreciated! 👍"

"Great hotel"

"Nice and clean hotel with very good breakfast!"

"Ausstattun der Zimmer alt.Zimmer nach hinten zum Innenhof."

"Hotel makes a worn out impression. The breakfast was very poor. No buffet. You could choose between 3 different egg-types, with vegetables. It was even not possible to chose if you want to have tomato slices instead of peas with a omelette. Moreover one morning there was no coffee. Personnel in the restaurant needs proper training. In the reception personnel is ok."

"Стильно, чисто и очень эстетично! Сразу бросается в глаза внимание к деталям и продуманный дизайн. Номер выглядит точно так же, как на фотографиях: современная мебель, красивая цветовая гамма и идеальная чистота. Убирают на совесть, полотенца и постельное белье безупречно белые. В таком пространстве приятно даже просто находиться и отдыхать после долгого дня."

"Staff was very kind. Spa was under repair. Stay was fine. Breakfast and room basic - aged hotel. Nothing special, fine for brief stay. Good location."

"カプセルのファンが1つ壊れていた。部屋を変えてくれと言ったが、満室で変えられないと言われた。"

"An ideal place to stay during a layover. Late-night check-in, a delicious breakfast featuring local treats, a clean rooms and gym, and friendly staff."

"レストランやバーがあまり満喫出来ない。 受け付けのスタッフは良い。"

"I definitely will be returning. It’s a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city"

"Great Service! Staff is very helpful and polite. Large rooms and convenient floor plan. Close to everything. Property has spa, pool and restaurant with great food."

"Everything was great with the exception of low A/C output. Staff and breakfast were amazing!"
