Das Hotel ist zwar ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer war aber in sehr gutem Zustand. Bad/Toilette auch top! Teppichboden zwar nicht mehr unbedingt zeitgemäß. Aber halt eher ein "echtes" Schwarzwaldhotel. Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Die Auswahl für uns völlig ausreichend. Wenn mal was leer ging wurde es gleich wieder aufgefüllt. Sehr positiv sind uns die Besitzer in Erinnerung geblieben. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommende. Wir haben noch in keinem unserer Wanderurlaube so viel mit den Besitzern gesprochen. Und zwar nicht um uns zu beschweren, sondern "einfach so" wurde beim Frühstück das Gespräch mit uns gesucht. Man kam einfach so immer wieder ins plaudern. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Wir kommen wieder!

Ondanks de coronamaatregelen hadden we daar 2 prettige overnachtingen. We werden zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam ontvangen. De eigenaar zette zijn auto opzij zodat onze motoren aan de achterzijde van het hotel onder een afdak konden staan.

Ein großartiges Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis!

Ich habe sehr spät gebucht und erst dann festgestellt, dass ich noch viel später im Hotel ankommen werde! (21:45Uhr) Ich habe dann im Hotel angerufen und dies mitgeteilt, was für den supernetten Hotelier auch kein Problem war obwohl eigentlich die Rezeption schon lange geschlossen war und er extra auf mich gewartet mußte! Während dem Gespräch stellt ich dann fest (obwohl es auf der Webside gestanden hat), dass keine Kreditkartenzahlung möglich ist und ich kein Bargeld mehr dabei hatte! Aber auch dafür fand er eine Lösung (Nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür!!). Dies war der Kommentar zum Service, nun aber zum Zimmer: Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Einzelzimmer mit Bad, was sein Geld wirklich wert ist! Ich habe prächtig geschlafen (keine durchgelegenen Matratzen) und bin erholt aufgewacht! Ich werde wiederkommen!

Ruhiges, schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus

Ich habe mit meinem Sohn eine Besichtigungstour in der Gegend gemacht und habe das Hotel in der Beschreibung gleich schön gefunden. Und so war es auch. Ganz besonders ist das Hotelpersonal und das Frühstücksbuffet hervorzuheben. Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, gehe gerne wieder dort hin.

Albergo triste

Dall'esterno è anche carino, ma dentro è triste e vecchio. Anche se nei risultati di ricerca hotel risulta a Baiersbronn si trova a 10 km dal paese. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo non era ottimo per l'albergo che è. State attenti che bisogna pagare in loco e l'albergo non accetta carte di credito e bancomat, ci ha applicato dei costi aggiunti non previsti nella prenotazione. Non lo consiglierei.

Beautiful Black Forset location

Spent two nights as a wind down for all the city touring we did. Thought we could do some hi,I got, etc. Hotel is in Obertal not Baiersbonn which is really touristy. There was no English accommodation so you either knew what was going on or you didn't. Shower had only a curtain which failed to contain the spray so the floor was constantly wet. No one at the hotel when we arrived so we had to call and find the hiding place for the key. Monday they also were not there so there was no service after breakfast. Hotel is in the National Black Forest Park. Driving on the narrow mountain roads is exciting and the views great. Went to Badem Badem which seems like a big tourist shopping center which was nice. I think next time I'd just drive through and stay elsewhere.

Falta de información fiable y mala educación.

La estancia fue correcta pero el responsable del hotel no aceptó pagar con tarjeta aunque en la reserva no lo indicaba. Nos obligó a ir a un cajero y sacar el importe total (780€) y pagar en efectivo. Estábamos en medio de la montaña. No aceptó nuestros argumentos, no nos dió el libro de reclamaciones peses a pedirlo insistentemente. Se rió delante de nuestra cara y dijo que no le importaba nada lo que pudiéramos decir. Fué muy desagradable y lo que havia sido una estancia tranquila acabó de mala manera. HOTELES.COM ha de dar información fiable en las reservas y no es aceptable encontrarte con esta situación. Ha de estar muy claro si se puede pagar con tarjeta de crédito o ha de ser en efectivo. Por culpa de este problema ahora no me fio de la información que dan en su web.

Mag er zijn !

Slechts 1 nacht verbleven (op doorreis). Hotel mag er best zijn, vriendelijk personeel, lekker eten. Ook vrij centraal gelegen in dit gedeelte van het Zwarte Woud.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt im Schwarzwald

Das Hotel liegt in Obertal, ca. 8 km ausserhalb von Baiesbronn, zentral an der Hauptverkehrsstrasse. Die Schalldämpfung ist aber in Ordnung. Trotz früh rollendem Durchgangsvekehr über die Bundesstrasse stört er Lärm bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht. TV-Gerät neu, Sat-Empfang in Ordnung. Frühstück war etwas karg dafür das Abendessen sehr gut. Gute Ausgangslage für Wanderungen und Ausflüge nach Baiersbronn und Freudenstadt.

Dejligt familie hotel i rolige omgivelser. Der duftede af familie, på en god måde, som når man fx. besøger sine bedsteforælde. Dynerne var gode (tunge) og betrækket var blomstret (ikke klinisk hvid som på andre hoteller) lille detalje men egentlig meget sødt. Personalet var nærværende.

Super ferie i Schwarzwald

Værten Jürgen og hans søster Gabi og det øvrige personale var enormt flinke og servicemindede. Vi fik nogle rigtig gode forslag til motorcykelture i det skønne Schwarzwald. Jürgen kørte en guidet tur sammen med os på motorcykel. Her fik vi set steder, vi ellers ikke ville have set. Maden var supergod og værelserne flotte og rene. Et hotel, der varmt kan anbefales. Vi kommer gerne igen.
