Apartment in the Northern Black Forest 40 m²

  • Our apartment with cozy 40 m² in a family house is located in a sunny location on the edge of the forest in Klosterreichenbach (municipality of Baiersbronn). It has a separate entrance and its own parking space.

    From here it is a stone's throw into nature or to the outdoor pool with heated swimming pool. The town center with S-Bahn station (direction Freudenstadt / Karlsruhe) and various shops can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot. The ideal starting point for hikes, cycling, skiing (winter sports) and culinary hotspots in the star village of Baiersbronn.

    Tourist tax of EUR 2.60 per person (over 18 years) per day applies (not included in the rental price). This includes the free use of public transport in the Black Forest.

    It is also possible to book the apartment with 1 small child, but you will need your own travel cot.

Die Ferienwohnung war makellos sauber, perfekt ausgestattet und sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Stau-und Ablagemöglichkeiten in der Wohnung waren optimal.Die Küche hatte alles, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht und das WLAN funktionierte zuverlässig. Das gemütliche Ambiente und die durchdachte Einrichtung haben uns sofort wohlfühlen lassen. Die Terrasse bot mit Blick auf Klosterreichenbach einen gemütlichen Sitzplatz im Freien. Es war sehr wohltuend, dass während des z. T. schlechten Wetters die Wohnung-trotz fortgeschrittener Jahreszeit- beheizt wurde. Besonders angenehm war der unkomplizierte Check-in und Check-out sowie die freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Das gemütliche Ambiente und die durchdachte Einrichtung haben uns sofort wohlfühlen lassen. Diese Ferienwohnung ist ideal für alle, die eine gemütliche und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft suchen.Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen. Von Anfang an haben wir uns gleich wohl und heimisch gefühlt. In der Wohnung war alles da was man braucht, sogar noch mehr. Wir wurden von Christian, dem Gastgeber, herzlich willkommen geheißen. Alle unsere Fragen wurden beantwortet. Die Kommunikation verlief super. Der Blick von der Wohnung in die Natur ist herrlich. Um die Ecke ist auch schon der Wald um zu wandern und um die herrliche Luft zu genießen. Die Gegend ist wirklich herrlich und ruhig. Um runterzukommen und sich zu erholen, ist man hier genau richtig.

Sehr schönes Feriendomizil

Unser kleiner Aufenthalt in Klosterreichenbach haben wir sehr genossen. Die schöne kleine und saubere Ferienwohnung ist in einem guten Zustand und mit allem ,was man braucht, ausgestattet. Zur der Wohnung gibt es eine kleine Terasse , wo man einen schönen Blick ins Tal hat. Von hier hat man alle Möglichkeiten , die Umgebung mit dem Fahrrad oder via Wanderung zu erkunden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Super Kontakt, sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder . Gruß Jutta und Ralf

Wir waren für 14 Tage in dieser hübschen Ferienwohnung zu Gast. Die Ferienwohnung und die Terrasse sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Preis /Leistung 👍

Schöner Aufenthalt

Insgesamt haben wir eine sehr schöne Zeit im Schwarzwald verbracht. Die Wohnung ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele verschiedene Aktivitäten. Leider lief der Kontakt mit den Vermietern nur schleppend per Mail. Alles wichtige musste selbst erfragt werden. Zufälliger kurzer persönlicher Kontakt. In der Wohnung gibt es eine. Türe, die in den privaten Bereich der Vermieter führt. Niemand weiß, ob hier jemand in die Wohnung gelangt, oder nicht. Ein seltsames Gefühl, wenn man tagsüber unterwegs ist. Ansonsten war die Wohnung sehr schön und relativ sauber.

Entspannte Tage im Wanderparadies

Ruhige Lage, man kann direkt loslegen, zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad. In der Wohnung findet man alles was man braucht für ein paar entspannte Tage und im Ort kann man einkaufen. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, Fahrräder stehen bereit. Alles prima!
