"At first, everything was great. Cute pool area, air conditioning was fantastic, nice room set up. We had an issue with the shower drainage, but that was fixed the next day. Communication via WhatsApp with whoever was on the other end was super fast and helpful. However, front desk wasn’t as helpful with our needs. And at times we felt ignored. "This is a really nice small hotel in Grand Anse in Praslin. Very clean and staff are well organized and attentive. Restaurant is also quite good and we had the prix fixe every evening. Nice swimming pool and waking distance to the small village and beach. Only issue for us was the beach was not a swimming beach (boats). Really need to have a hire car to stay here to make the most of it!"
