"We selected this cottage for its beautiful location and awesome photos depicting a very amiable and comfortable look. Photos however never tell the true story. I will start with the PROS: Location and vista are absolutely amazing. Kitchen is well equipped and as a chef I was pleased with all equipment and variety as well. All appliances worked well. "The Boardwalk Inn is a beautiful old home restored to a spotless, warm, welcoming residence. Our hostess, Lesley, greeted us with a smile and went out of her way to accomodate any request made. We appreciated the mini fridge made available for the guests use. The little surprise treats left in our room daily were also fun. Another thoughtful touch was having maps and pamphlets available in addition to suggestions of things to see provided for us. Our breakfast was outstanding and lovingly made as per each guest's specifications. We were offered Lesley's homemsde Greek yogurt served with her home made granola OR her delicious "naughty but nice" homemade waffles OR fresh eggs and toast. Of course fresh cut fruit was also available each morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to PEI and The Boardwalk Inn."
