"Property was as described,-lovely with plenty of space and everything you needed and exceptionally clean. Paride was very happy to help and accommodate any requests. Thoughtful food items left in the cupboards as well as a delicious tiramasu which didn't last long! Trains into venice pretty much ran on time which was great. "The property is really nice and clean. Decent location within walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and bars. My only issue with the room is the aircon didn’t work. "We enjoyed the view and the location of the rental, the reason for the 3 stars. Do not expect for this rental to offer comfort. The beds were old and master bedroom bed creeked. There were sand and dirt on the floor. The couch is old and broken. The walls were peeling and there were crumbles (asbestos?) in the second kitchen by the water heater, which hadn't been cleaned for awhile. We also only had one functioning shower, although there were 2 bathrooms; one of the showers did not drain at all!...
