"We stayed at the suite and it was really spacious and comfortable. Hot water worked great, spacious bathroom. Everything was really clean. We added the spa access and enjoyed the thermal bath and got a massage. Staff was great and attentive. Be ready to carry your bags up stairs. Pretty town! Would love to be back. "

"Very special hotel with nice hot spring pools, sauna, etc. The staff is super helpful and the installations nicer than the pictures. Their breakfast (which was included) and food is delicious! Nice place to visit Pienza and Montepulciano. In general we had a very relaxing experience it this hotel and would definitively would like to go back one day. "

"Abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni in questa Bella struttura , confortevole e a due passi a piedi dalle Terme .La locazione è Comoda per raggiungere Pienza, Montalcino e visitare la Val d'Orcia . Avendo anch'io una struttura ricettiva consiglio : due teli bagno per la doccia , uno strifinaccio da cucina , e delle tovagliette all'americana anche in plastica comode da pulire .Tutto il resto benissimo , ci ritorneremo !!!
