"Strange building but our beds were great, the room was also otherwise fine, and we liked the bar and osteria. Not the most fun part of town but convenient from the railway station."

"This hotel is on the outskirts of the historic district. The location is good for a quieter. Stay off the beaten path. The room was large and comfortable as well as very clean. The only issue was we were there in August and the air conditioning could not cool the room enough to sleep comfortably in another season this hotel would not have that issue though and would be a perfect option. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A bellhop was there to bring our bags up to our room, which was a three white walk up. The breakfast is absolutely exceptional and included, so should definitely be taken advantage of in their beautiful courtyard with wonderful service and a great selection of foods."

"The breakfast is absolutely amazing with everything you can imagine! They do a beautiful job. We came there to celebrate our 40th anniversary and they set up such a special time for us in our room of a bottle of Prosecco and all kinds of treats and snacks to go with it was amazing and so appreciated. The staff was wonderful, recommending restaurants, and providing directions and also guided us on all the many things to see and do."

"The apartment was in a great location, 10 minutes walk away from the main piazza. There was a fantastic cafe to next door to the entrance too. The owners were great with their communication. The road outside the apartment is not inside the ztl zone which made it easier to drop off luggage, although you had to do it quick to not block traffic."

"The Art Hotel was very nice, and lived up to its name, with beautiful pieces of art attractively displayed throughout. I would give in 4.5, and not a 5, only because the brewed coffee in the dining room was terrible, and things that should have been hot, were not. That included the scrambled eggs, bacon, side vegetables, and aforementioned coffee and hot water. It was like the food warmers and hot pots were not ever turned on. We were there 4 nights, and it was the same each morning. Other than that, food was excellent, and location couldn't be beat."
