Reception Staff generally satisfactory but unable to improve room condition except for a Chinese man on 10 Sept night shift.
Wifi was terribly poor at room area and frustrating
Spoilt Room shower head was not attended by anyone except 11 Sept night receptionist.
No disposable or any sandal was provided by hotel. Bfast was satisfactory.
