Took over an hour to check in. The staff member couldn’t “find” our rooms and then magically found open rooms for us after 30 minutes. He then booked us on the wrong airport shuttle in the morning. The pool is a saving grace, but this property is in disrepair. The blind fell off the window when we went to close it, the toilet bowl was leaking across the floor, and the chairs at the pool were broken. The street noise and smells made it hard to sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful.
