"Rooms were very nice, clean and spacious. Service in the restaurant was not very good or clean. Seating was limited beacuse tables were not bussed. People raved about the breakfast but it was limited, table was messy, and they didn't replenish. When an item like fruit or bread ran out, it was gone. Go early or miss out. "

"The house was beautiful and even better than expected. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking supplies, appliances, coffee. The hot tub was wonderful and easy to operate. We loved the screened-in porch. Having full bathrooms in every bedroom was a huge plus. The neighborhood was beautiful and it was wonderful to have the hiking trails within walking distance from the house."

"The young girl at the counter was very friendly and polite. She gave me a couple of options when if asked about cab/shuttle service. Teresa/ Connie the night manager was extremely engaging and funny as well as an excellent bartender. She was also thoughtful enough to return the watch that my wife had lost at the bar."

"Our family had an amazing stay at the Timber Ranch! The house has that wow factor the moment you walk in - soaring ceilings, an open layout, and beautiful natural finishes throughout. We had 8 adults and 3 kids, and it fit all of us comfortably with room to spare!Jana and Mike were incredible hosts - so responsive both during booking and throughout our stay. Truly above and beyond with their hospitality.The location was perfect - a short drive to downtown Galena with plenty to do nearby. We played a round at The General and even went on a goat hike - both were unforgettable experiences!I highly recommend the Timber Ranch and would absolutely stay here again!"

The hosts did a wonderful job when they remodeled the property. We appreciated all the little details and thoughtfulness that went into it.
