The property is spacious, beautifully maintained and ideally located in the city centre, with excellent transport connections. The restaurant and bar offer a great selection of food and beverages. The sauna and gym facilities were excellent, clean and well maintained. What really made our stay special was the outstanding hospitality. Every member of staff, from the restaurant and bar teams to the front desk and housekeeping, was incredibly friendly, welcoming and always greeted us with a smile. The lounge is modern, stylish and spacious, exactly as shown on the website. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel, particularly to families travelling with children of all ages. A fantastic place to stay, and we would happily return!

Beautiful hotel with super stylish decor! Definitely my new favorite hotel in Zurich! My only complaint was that the breakfast choices are limited and the food is all cold. Aside from that, this darling gem of a hotel is 10 out of 10!

Non-Cleaning policy of the property is going too far. In four nights the default - unless you request differently - is ZERO cleaning - of course yall in the name of the environment, not the hight cost of housekeeping staff in CH… Furthermore it was not properly cleaned to begin with. I have stayed many times, as location & staff are amazing, but they really need to focus on their product. If they dont execute their bare minimum service / room product well enough, it will quickly slide down the ladder and provide a distinct 2-3 star feel when allegedly they are 4 star. Cant wait to see what else Marriot manages to change, but visibly cutting costs in this manner will not end well. For the moment will skip this property.

The hotel was very nice! Simeon was absolutely amazing! He had the best customer service ever! Truly very helpful! We stayed here to be close to the stadium so that was very convenient. The downside was there is no AC during the fall/winter, thankfully there was a fan in the room and we brought our own fans still a little toasty. There was also no face wash clothes, just hand towel and bath towels. The shower design was weird, we had a lot of water on the floor but over it was a decent stay.
