  • This charming 75 m² duplex apartment in Baden-Baden welcomes up to 4 guests. It features 1 bedroom, a spacious living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The two-level home impresses with wooden construction, exposed beams, parquet flooring, an internal staircase, and skylights. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. High-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, air conditioning, TV, and a dedicated workspace are provided. Downstairs you’ll find the dining and TV area with a large sofa; upstairs are the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and workspace.



    Enjoy views of Merkurstraße, the city center, and the mountains from the windows. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a historic building, with 3.5 m high ceilings below and sloped ceilings above. Due to the steep internal stairs, this accommodation is not recommended for families with small children or seniors.



    One pet is allowed for an extra fee. Events are not permitted. Guests with bicycles can use a shared bike room. Parking is available on the street or nearby; a parking garage is 150 m away. Airport and train station transfers are available.
