8.6/10 Excellent! (1,001 reviews)
To be honest it felt more like student digs than a hotel. Only one towel in a room booked for two people, no hairdryer, shower sprayed water all over floor due to inadequate shower door, carpets/flooring throughout looked tired/stained. Breakfast was extremely poor, scrambled eggs watery and flavourless, bacon tasted like it had been under the heat lamp for 3 business days, ran out of certain bread/pastries with no sign of refilling with an hour of service left. The location is decent enough and the staff were friendly but there are much better hotels in the area for a similar price point. Parking charges you two nights even when only staying for one.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (140 reviews)
The hotel, room and bathroom were all very clean, and the staff were great.
However, there is a significant issue with the soundproofing of the doors. Noise from the corridors is very noticeable. We could clearly hear people walking past having conversations at a normal volume, as well as every door closing.
If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend considering a different hotel.

7.8/10 Good! (1,002 reviews)
"I’m at a loss as to why people are giving this place 10/10. It’s like they stayed at a different hotel. I booked a room here as it was the venue for a convention I was attending. I assume they know they have a captive market when they charge a fortune for the bare minimum, done poorly. On arrival, ..."
