9.2/10 Wonderful! (106 reviews)
Second time staying at Stey. The staff were very helpful and responsive. Room is spacious and clean. Good location since it's near a train station and walking distance to Wanfujing and the Palace Museum which is great since there are several road restrictions. Food options nearby too including a Mcdonald's. Free use of the washer and dryers which is perfect for a longer stay.
Everything is great just that some parts of the property is a little old. But it's clean so i'll go back again.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (193 reviews)
This was quite literally the best hotel we have stayed at and we travel a decent amount. All the staff were friendly and attentive, they even gave me a gift when I left. They have daily free breakfast and afternoon tea, which they insist on filling for you. They even brought our heavy luggage up our spiral stairs. I highly recommend and now want to come back to Beijing just to stay here.
