"Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

"Apartment ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Zentrale und doch ruhige Lage, Nähe zum Zentrum und Bahnhof ist praktisch. Eine Bäckerei in der Nähe hat selbst am Sonntag geöffnet. Wir haben 3 tolle Wanderungen gemacht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Kurzum, es waren drei schöne Urlaubstage. "

"Great apartment, high ceilings and plenty of windows and light. Only spent a night but really pleased with everything. Kitchen well stocked but the sink tap was quite stiff and hard to open. The bedroom is nice but in a triangle space so not much space on one end. Overall it’s definitely recommended. "

"This was our second stay at a Seeger Living in Karlsruhe City Center. I like the one on Karlstrasse 42-44 slightly better, but both were great. They are always super fast with any questions and concerns. I went to the wrong location, and they were very quick getting me where I needed to go. The location is fantastic. Grocery store with bakery right across the street, and many stores and great restaurants within easy walking distance. This is definitely my place to stay in Karlsruhe!!"

"Mihaela ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sauber. Einen Stern geben wir nicht, da wir wegen der viel zu weichen Matratze nicht im Bett schlafen konnten und unseren Schlafplatz dann im Wohnzimmer eingerichtet haben. Unser Sohn konnte dann im Schlafzimmer übernachten. Aber auch er fand die Matratze zu weich-sorry. Ansonsten zu empfehlen-mit dem Hinweis, dass die Wohnung per Treppe im 4. Stockwerk zu erreichen ist."
