The hotel was nice although the restaurant was not open when we arrived at 5pm on a Monday. The town had limited dinning options for dinner. It was a very quiet town. Getting back to Stuggart was a production bc the train station was closed due to construction.

Arrived just after 10pm when reception was closed. When I rang the doorbell, spoke to two staff , one of the staff which I think was the owner three times and was made to wait outside in freezing cold for nearly an hour.

The property is a bit shabby. No parking on site. I had to call the number on the reservation to get into the hotel. No one was at reception when we arrived, only an envelope with my name on it taped on it. There was no WELCOME GIFT as was stated in the confirmation. We were awakened all night long with heavy trucks going by. At 7 am a construction company blasted noise waking us up. We finally me the staff at check out. Not impressed!! First bad experience using Orbitz.

El hotel está descuidado, el elevador no funciona, tuvimos que subir tres pisos con maletas. El desayuno es escaso, ponen muy poco de todo. El restaurante de la tarde es muy rico, pero muy caro. La habitación familiar es muy espaciosa y cómoda, pero sin elevador es muy cansado subir y bajar los tres pisos!

Gutes Hotel aber Parken ist nicht leicht!

Schönes Hotel, freundlicher Empfang Empfehlenswert! Das einzige Problem, keine Parkmöglichkeit vor Ort und die Stadt bietet ein fürchterliches Erlebnis mit einem Parkhaus wo moderne (große) Fahrzeuge fast ohne Beschädigung nicht rein und raustreten können. Parken auf der Straße geht nur 2 Stunde ab 8:00

Hotel céntrico, viejo, nunca reformado. Dos días antes de la estancia me informan de que no dan desayunos y que no abren el restaurante. Tampoco está nadie en recepción y solo a petición expresa te limpian la habitación (antigua y sin reformar). Precio elevado para el tipo de hotel y el servicio nulo que ofrecen. Ponen como excus, la situación actual del Covid cuando el resto de hoteles de la misma población ofrecían todos los servicios.

Ein Hotel zum wiederkommen

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem angenehmen Familiären Charakter. Man fühlt sich wohl, man fühlt sich zu Hause, die Betreiber des Hotels kümmern sich ausgesprochen gut und liebevoll um die Gäste. Corona-Maßnahmen funktionieren gut und stören nicht weiter, liegt vieleicht auch daran, dass man sich schon daran gewöhnt hat. Der ganze Service im Hotel ist ganz nach meinem Geschmack, -Unkompliziert . Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und lässt keine Wünsche offen, zumindest bei mir nicht. Beim Frühstück und auch beim Abendessen wird Wert auf Regionale Produkte gelegt, das kann ich auch nur positiv bewerten. Zum Abendessen hatte ich mir Reh aus heimischer Jagd bestellt, eine gute Entscheidung, sehr schön angerichtet und sehr LECKER. Die Lage des Hotels im Zentrum der Altstadt, die nähe zum Marktplatz wo sich auch einige schöne Cafe´s befinden, einfach Super. Unterm Strich - für mich, war dieses Hotel, eine gute Entscheidung

Vreemde ervaring

Geen ontvangst. We stonden in donkere receptie. Uiteindelijk bleek er een envelop met keycard te liggen. Voelde niet welkom en je kon dus alleen maar naar kamer, verder was hotel niet toegankelijk. Wel bleef buitendeur lang open en dat voelde niet veilig. Verder was kamer basic, maar schoon. Ontbijt was aardig, maar door nieuw meisje moesten we om alles vragen. Toen ik om thee vroeg ipv koffie, ging ze navragen of dat wel kon. Later gaf iemand aan dat we ook sap of eieren mochten. Ik geef het hotel het voordeel van de twijfel en hebben we het gewoon niet getroffen, maar de ervaring was niet goed.

Check in and check out was ignoring, took a long time due private phone calls of the staff and long discussion with another guest wich they couldn't find his reservation, room was clean good equipped but didn't got the room that I booked, booked a room 24 SQmtr but the room was max 16-18SQmtr, location was perfect,

Medium village hotel

Close to Metzingen shopping. A medium level hotel in smaller village, unfortunately overpriced due to exhibition. Parking secure and good close by, note parking house close 9pm. Also kitchen close 9pm.. Dinner (potatoe soup) not great.. breakfast quite poor, cold egg n bacon, served cold cappucino. My room was large, bathroom huge. Nice balcony door, but weeds/grass outside could have bern nicer. Service trying but not really succeeding, sorry to say. One other guest asked for extra pillow, was told not available!

Dame achter de receptie niet vriendelijk

Geen waterkoker te verkrijgen. Had het zelfde adres voor prive en zakelijk gebruikt dat mocht niet. Kon de baliedame niet uitgelegd krijgen dat ik zelfstandige was en mijn bedrijf het zelfde adres had. Moest volgende keer een ander zakelijk adres hebben. Ik zei er komt geen volgende keer hier.

Nicht empfehlenswert. Dienst nach Vorschrift!!

Preis Leistung OK, dennoch habe ich was zu beanstanden. Ab 7:00 gibt es Frühstück, leider sperrt die Dame erst das Hotel PUNKT 7:00h auf (man muss draußen im Gang warten, keine Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden) . Ich musste zu einen Termin und sollte früher los, hatte jedoch nicht die Gelegenheit, dies der Dame vom Servuce/Rezeption mitzuteilen. Ich musste mit einem anderen Gast 15 Min im Gang (2x2m) stehen, obwohl die Dame unser klopfen hörte und uns auch sah. Dieser Gast musste in der Garage schlafen, da er später Abends in Hotel kam. Die Karte um ins Hotel zu kommen funktionierte nicht, sodass er vergeblich versuchte ins hotel zu kommen. Notfallnummer hatte er mehrmals angerufen, jedoch ging da niemand ans Telefon und dann ließ uns die gute Dame auch noch draußen warten, bis es Frühstück gab. Mein Frühstück fiel dem zufolge sehr mager aus, da ich es eilig hatte. Da sollte man unbedingt nachbessern! Ich nächtigen zwei Nächte und werde nicht wieder dort buchen. Man sollte prüfen, ob Mitarbeiter für diesen Beruf qualifiziert sind. So etwas habe ich dato noch nie erlebt. Schade eigentlich... Sonst wäre alles top gewesen... Super sauber und die Dame beim Check in war super freundlich...

They dont change reservation 5 days beforehand

Hotel was just fine, just basic services. You dont suffer from services, it is fine. However, since i missed deadline to cancel my last night reservation (my 4th night) by 2 hours, and i tried to cancel it 5 days before last night reservation, i couldnt do it online and i have been informed to call hotel. What did hotel do ? They have sent me email that they canceled it. But in fact they didnt, and i learned that while i was checking out. I am charged for the last night too with just a very very little discount. They are insistently telling me to change it online while hotels.com tells me to call hotel.

Empfehlenswert für Kurzaufenthalte

Sehr gute Lage; mitten im historischen Zentrum, gleichwohl auch geeignet für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. - Verbesserungsbedarf im Service/Restaurant: lt. Karte 16.00 - 24.00 Uhr geöffnet, tatsächlich jedoch nur bis 21.00 h! - Parkkarte des Hotels funktionierte bei der Ausfahrt aus dem nahegelegenen Parkhaus nicht (Ausfahrt nur via Notrufnummer möglich). - Zimmer nett gestaltet; Bad und Fenster (2. Etage) sowie Restauranteinrichtung "in die Jahre gekommen". - Küchenleistung: gut, Steak auf den Punkt, Deko a.d. Teller sehr nett angerichtet, Salatbeilage leider nur 08/15. Längerer Aufenthalt in diesem Haus eher fraglich.
