"Die Wohnung bietet alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Fußbodenheizung hat auch prima funktioniert, trotz das es schon Mai war.Bis auf die persönlichen Dinge fürs Leben ist alles vorhanden. ( Spülmaschinen Reiniger, Spüli, Handseife, Tücher etc.)Herr Gambs hat uns persönlich empfangen und gute Hinweise für die Urlaubswoche gegeben. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen im Winter wie auch Sommer."

"The house was perfect for us as a family of three generations, including small children, gathering from different places. Andrea was very helpful in allowing us an early check-in and gave us a good tour of the house on arrival. The accommodation had everything we needed - a big garden, lots of indoor space (incl. an extra room downstairs for anyone needing to do a bit of work), well-equipped kitchen and even some children's books and toys. She also recommended a marvellous babysitter. "

"I would never stay in this hotel again. 1) When you arrive at Hotel Kolbergarten, it looks like it is closed -- no lights on, no signs of life. 2) After you wander around for a few minutes, you find a small sign that says you have to check in for your hotel at a different hotel. 3) Once you figure out where this other hotel is and how to get there, you have to deal with them taking (and keeping) all sorts of unnecessary personal information.... after waiting 20 minutes to be helped. 4) Once you pay your "tourist tax", you have to make your way back to the dark hotel. 5) ... that is unless you have to park a car, which requires you to find and park in a public lot. 6) When you checkout, the staff are overwhelmed, which means you again have to wait for 20 minutes to be helped or you just leave a key at the front desk and hope for the best. On the plus side, the breakfast was good... but it too is in the other hotel."
